We offer domestic and international delivery services via Ninja Van and JnT (Sabah,Sarawak and Labuan).

Postage charges
a. Domestic Delivery
Postage fees for domestic delivery are as below:
East Malaysia – RM 9.00
Sabah & Sarawak – RM 13.00
For the first 1KG and subsequent additional gram is as per Ninja Van and JnT Tariff Rate.
b. International Delivery

You have 7 days from the date of receiving any item purchased from Hermosa Wear to return defective items or exchange products for a different size.

• The item must be returned in the condition it was received, with all original packaging, tags, and receipts.
2. Size Exchange:
• If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, you may do so within the 7-day period.
• The item to be exchanged must be in new, unused condition, with all original tags and packaging intact.
